Karma is the Buddhist teaching that for every action there is a reaction. Whether it be in body, speech, or mind – in this life or past – the ancient Siddhas spoke of the continual process of birth and rebirth.

It’s sort of as simple as if I do good, good things will happen. But sometimes it’s still difficult. If we learn the teaching of Karma, we can soften in the face of difficulty. Instead of viewing it like we’ve done something wrong, we see through a larger lens. When karma ripens and something explosive arises, regardless of the outcome, it is said to be fortunate. When things come to a head, Karma gets exhausted. Another way to exhaust Karma is by feeling, being, giving, seeing, doing good.
