This week you’re invited to be a do gooder. Choose one thing to integrate into your day for a week long exploration on goodness.
1. Compliment someone you don’t know.
2. Give up half your lunch to a person in need.
3. Send a letter to an old friend
4. Shower your family with 1 minute of gratitude.
5. Pray for peace.
6. Cleanse your body with home cooked meal.
7. Give your love away.
