We are reopening our doors to the public on Tuesday, October 13th. Alongside our commitment to holistic healing, we will continue to keep your health and well-being at the forefront as we navigate Earthbody Treatments in the time of Covid-19.

What we’re doing to protect clients and staff

From the moment you make your booking to the moment you leave our sanctuary, we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. First, we encourage clients to book online to allow for contactless payment. We will be using online client forms that will allow us to screen for Covid-19 with a flexible cancellation policy, should you or someone you live with be experiencing symptoms.

If you are feeling sick, do not come in for your appointment.

Contact us at the first sign of illness or any known COVID exposure to reschedule.

Once you arrive, temperature checks will be done for all clients and staff daily. We will be limiting time spent in the lounge and staggering client appointments by 15 - 30 minutes to accommodate social distancing. Masks will be worn at all times by staff and by all clients. As always, we will continue our practices of cleaning and sanitizing all work spaces. Read on for a complete list of safety protocols and updated practices.

What clients can expect when returning to Earthbody

  • New Online Client Forms including Questions about Covid-19 (required)

  • Arrival up to 5 min before treatment to minimize time in public spaces indoors

  • The lounge will be reserved for treatment clients only

  • “No Touch” temperature checks

  • Therapists are required to wear a mask and optional visors, aprons per treatment, and we will implement extensive sanitation protocols after each treatment.

  • Clients required to wear masks.

We may likely need to contact you to adjust your booking by 15-30 minutes to ensure we are able to maintain social distance within the lounge. In addition to having hand sanitizer available all public spaces, we’ll continue our thorough hygienic practices per treatment with an express checkout service.


As we transition into offering treatments, we’ll keep our schedule available to book online with a two week maximum lead time for now.

Please note that parking has become more limited in Hayes Valley due to outdoor dining and curbside pickup. If you're driving, plan for extra time to park.

  • Fill out the required Health Assessment online (link provided in your booking confirmation email)

  • To expedite checkout and enable contactless payment, update your credit card details.

  • If you or anyone you’ve been with is sick or experiencing symptoms, please call to cancel.
