Cinnamon and ginger make a lovely pair this time of year. These spices are warming and relaxing, but also invigorating. This duo will assist you in maintaining your immunity and keeping your spirits up as the days get shorter and the cold sets in.

1/3 cup fresh ginger, sliced
4 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon honey

1. Combine ginger, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

2. Strain tea through a sieve.

3. Add honey.

4. Feel the hot liquid touch your lips and slowly warm your whole body.
